SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our website (the “site”), as part of the buying and selling process, Alegria Home, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we” or “us” or “our”) collects the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Please also see Section 4 below.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Subscriptions; Email Marketing:
By providing your email address and/or entering any of your information through our subscription interface on our site, you may receive emails from us periodically regarding us, our site, our products and other updates. We will not sell or rent your email address to other companies. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your name from our email list (but you may receive or more emails before we are able to remove your name from our email list).

Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), who provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your personal information is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your personal information on a secure server behind a ﬁrewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data, which is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
When a you access and use the site, we may use technology (such as cookies, discussed further below) to collect automatically certain details of that access and use, including trafﬁc data, location data and logs, and information about your computer or other device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identiﬁer, IP address, device location, operating system, and browser type. Cookies, which are small ﬁles placed on the hard drive of a computer or other device, and small electronic ﬁles known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us to, for example, count users who have visited particular pages or opened or added to a report, time and track user visits and for other related statistics. Users may also activate certain user-recognition functions permitting, for instance, system log-on without inputting user passwords. Therefore, we use or may use the data collected through cookies, log ﬁles, web beacons, device identiﬁers, and clear gifs information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during subsequent visits; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) provide and monitor the effectiveness of our system, products and services; (d) monitor anonymized aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, trafﬁc, and usage on our website and our service; (e) diagnose or ﬁx technology problems; and (f) help you efﬁciently access, upload and use information on the site.
